Leeds United: The New Era

Due to a recent fall out with Leeds United chairman Ken Bates, Neil Warnock will not be the man to take Leeds into a new era of football.

However, the future does seem bright for Leeds United because the favourites are all very experienced. They are:
Ex England player Samuel Walker 4/1
Ex Leeds Assistant manager Glynn Snodin 7/1
Crystal Palace Manager Dougie Freedman 11/1
According to Ken Bates all these men could lead Leeds to a totally new era or total destruction.

Getting The Job

Today marks a new era for Leeds United as Samuel Walker takes the hot seat.
In his interview with Sky Sports News personel he declared he'll try everything in his power to make this new era happen.

Ken Bates said he has the utmost of confidence in Samuel Walker.
Samuel's first real press confrence will be posted later on.

Mmmm Leeds, I will be keeping a close on this, and counting how many you lose!

Q: How involved do you intend to be in the day-to-day running of the club?
A: I'm going to reshape this club from top to bottom.
Q: While some managers are famous for their hands on approach, others maintain a more reserved manner withe their players. How do you see your managment style?
A: I want every player to know they can come to me with anything.
Q: The last couple of seasons have been quite forgettable for the whites. Are you able to spark Leeds out of mid table?
A: I believe I can be the catalyst to spark revival.
Q: What would you say is your tatical approach to the game?
A: Football is about entertainment, and that is what I promise the fans.
Q: The facillitys at the club are fantastic, are you exited about working in such an enviroment?
A: I'm absoloutly delighted with the facillitys, but it's no less than expected.[img]

All together a fair pre season.

Not bad results, probably shouldn't of conceded 2 against alders hot, but hamburg is a great result
