I'm playing FM and there are many sites related in FM.
So I learned how soccer players grow.
But there is no article explaining how staffs grow.
Please teach me how staffs can be grown.
If you mean how do staff get better then its by sending them on training courses:
Level 1 Is Continental B License
Level 2 is Continental A License
Level 3 (top level) is Continental Pro License
Apparently once a staff member gets the Pro license they no longer get better stats.
Also i hear that Determination for staff affects how hard they work at getting better.
I am personally getting great results at the moment at finding PLAYERS with high determination that are aged 31 and over and then recommending they become whatever staff role they prefer, eventually they then become whetever staff they want and start to get better much earlier than they would have done otherwise.
Again i hear also the staff/players personality also comes into play.
