I was wondering does anyone know what makes a chairman want to leave the club, as i'm currently unsure and my chairman is terrible.
I'm really desperate to get rid of him and i would do anything for that to happen!
You could use Football Manager editor to edit a different chairman into the club. If you're feeling abit cheaty, you could even make the chairman a sugar daddy and have him pump money into the club... =P
From my past experiences with Footy manager games, there were only two ways i ever got rid of a chairman:
1) Run the club into the ground financially whilst still bringing success (new chairman used to come in and bring new finances with him). Most effective way but could occasionally get me the sack.
2) Wait till he's too old
Your problem is also the fact that a lot of chairman are actually supporters of the club they run, so the chance of them leaving other than the two reasons above is highly unlikely.
You could as IrritableSquirrel (great name btw) said and edit it, but maybe just edit it so you have NO chairman then the game decides on a new one for you.
