Why Eastleigh?
I am a local lad from Eastleigh, and after my Spurs career corrupted, I decided I needed more of a challenge.
My Aims
Obviously European success is the dream for every football club, but in the shorter term I am to build a young, mostly British squad, that play fast attacking football.
