After posting successful runs as a college coach. Erick Gragg wanted to be more recognized as a valid coach. Coming from a small town in Southwest Louisiana. Coach Gragg graduated school and went to college at University of Oregon and has a degree in Youth Physical Education and Coaching. Mr. Gragg went on to become an assistant coach at U of O and then several other schools. After finally landing a Head Coach job at Louisiana State University. Coach Gragg won the NCAA Championship several times (6 times). He then became involved with the US National Team as an assistant.

Finally 2011, several European League teams inquired at his services but only one offered him the Head Coaching position. The team was Shrewsbury FC., they wanted a more attacking style of offense and Coach Gragg gave them his word.
Coach Gragg has spent $1 million dollars on new transfers to implement his up beat high scoring offense he has brought with him.

Shrewsbury is in first place with 25 in the N power league 2. Scoring on average 2.75 points per game

Looking good so far, but in your starting post, the picture you're intending to put up comes out as a link. Also, this should be in FM12 Manager Stories instead of FM13.

Other than those, this story looks to be progressing well and I'll be following.

After a long season and Shrewsbury winning one of it last 7. The team finished 4th in N Power League 2 and was promoted. Coach Gragg stated that He and his staff have a lot of work to do and to place together a better team than the current one. Coach Gragg is looking to acquire a new tactic form to play.

He current was using 4-4-2, 4-2-2-2, and 3-4-3.

Coach Gragg is now reaching out to others for Help in the tacticians area and possibly garner new signers.
Well its a New Season and New League ( N-Power League 1).

The Board has given Coach Gragg a new objective:

$3.8 Million in Transfer and 89k p/w salary.

The board want Coach Gragg to finish with a mid level bonus but secretly have stated they want to be number one in his first year.
