First of all i know i have started a few stories lately and not followed them up but i couldnt get addicted to the games...but now I AM!!

I have decided to do a story about Sergio Quesada who is a 29 year old spanish manager who was a former player for Barcelona (not really but in my game he was).
I will look to stay at Barcelona and become world class and win all the trophies i can with the club and then resign after maybe 3 or 4 years and then wait for another club to come and get me just like Pep Guardiola is doing now. I know that Fergie retires at some point in the game so maybe that is an option or maybe it will be a smaller club to test my abilities....watch the space!!

Sergio Quesada - New FC Barcelona Manager

Tito Vilanova has stepped down from management of FC Barcelona due to the return of cancer, Tito was just ready to start pre season training when the phone rang from the doctor.

The Barca board looked to appoint someone who knew the club & Sergio knew the club after playing for the club for 5 seasons before moving on to Celta Vigo.

The 29 year old has all his qualifications after always wanting to make the step into management.

Jordi Roura will be there to help the young manager out whenever he feels the pressure but the board feel they want a young & excited manager instead of a overpriced manager.

Quesada stated in his first interview:
"I am delighted to be here and look forward to continuing the good times at this club, we have an excellent youth system here and i am a firm believer of developing our own players, im not saying i wont buy anyone but we have the likes of 'Barta' 'Planus' 'Muniesa' coming through to name just a few."

I am already 13 games into the season, so i will update & inform everyone soon.

Sergio's Barca team are going great winning all their games in La Liga...

"Yes we have a great team and many would say well look at their squad...no wonder their not losing but its not that easy, teams either park the bus or really attack you and we have to be ready for what comes our way...im not expecting this honeymoon to last forever you know guys".

FC Barcelona & Man City qualify for the Champions League knockout stages.
Have you beat Real Madrid? Good Start and could you maybe post a screenshot of your matches?
Will do, do you want the fixture list screenshot? Or individual matches, like against big teams like Madrid!! I did beat Madrid, I'm sure it was 4-0 but will double check tonight.
did you make any signings ?
The January transfer window has closed...

FC Barcelona make 2 big signings in this window.

Even with Messi going well upfront, Quesada decided he couldn't turn down the opportunity to sign want away striker Rademal Falcao from atletico Madrid for £45M. Madrid wouldn't budge and Man City were in the hunt too so had to act fast! Updates will show it's proving to be a great buy ;).

Second was the young & gifted 'Isco' from Malaga for £17M.
Quesada wanted him early before he gets interest from other clubs as a successor to Xavi.

The Barca board didn't hold back when I asked for more money and gave me an extra 55M to spend on these transfers.

Joe hart was available but I'll leave negotiations with him till the summer.
Gareth Bale another top target made the £25M move to Man Utd.

Quesada's boys are going well, still unbeaten.

"We are full of confidence, scoring goals and really blending as a team...this can only lead to great things". We will let Madrid win the Copa del Rey as thats the only thing they'll get this year".

Real Madrid beat FC Barcelona 4-2 on Aggregate to progress.

Real Sociedad are the suprise package this season.
From now on i will be writing from Quesada's point of view, with some exceptions obviously.
FC Barcelona knocked out of the Champions League by Galatasary SK 0-2 aggregate

"We were shocking in this tie, not taking our chances, we could have had a cricket score in our favour, but we didnt perform.

Now we have to concentrate on the league and making sure its ours!"
21 wins from 21? That is some going, even by Barca's standards! Keep up that amazing win ratio and this will be a legendary run of games!
Thanks mate, I honestly can't believe it, i now have the immense pressure of trying to win all the remaining games as with this current record, a draw looks like a defeat lol.

FC Barcelona 30 game winning streak!!! lets make this a full house!!!
Incredible :) I've myself played with Barcelona and we have win the LIGA and the Champions League but it has not been as exceptional than you. We have beaten too R.Madrid 4-0, Messi scored 4 times in this game.

In all the season he scored 45 goals in 40 matches, how is he doing for you ? And also how is Valdes ? He was crap for me.

Keep it up ;)
FC Barcelona win La Liga!!

FC Barcelona have done the double!! winning the league aswell as the supercopa against Madrid.

32 wins out of 32 and 6 games to go they have done it, breaking numerous records along the way.
i did over a hundred games unbeaten with liverpool in all competitions on fm 12. I didnt cheat btw. It lasted for 2 seasons.
