It was tough to live here at Siena and manage the youngsters. The language wasn't easy to speak or write. After all, I am bolivian, but nobody seems to care. I went to live in England these past years and got my dream to be a coach started as Liverpool gave me a full scholarship to be a coach. Fast forward 5 years later, I had my diploma, but Liverpool kicked me out of their doorstep. So, I went trying my luck, in teams from the Premier League to the Npower League 2. Nobody wanted me as I was too unexpierenced and young. I returned to Bolivia for a year to tell my parents. They said that my childhood friend Alex had been lured to Siena after he finished high school and to give him a call. Alex never answered and I figured it out because of the different time zones. So, I asked my parents to give me enough money to go to Siena and live there for 1 month. They agreed and I headed to Siena. Oh yeah.

I met Alex at the airport with our own greet. Then I told him about the experience to live at Liverpool and asked them if they needed someone to take the reigns. He told me that I had to go to talk to Mezzarona, the club chairman. I stayed at Alex's house and went with him at training. Then, he pointed out where I should go. The chairman was a good lad. We had some talks and appointed me as the new Siena Under 18's boss. Yes! I would receive a small pay to barely live, but I would be paying the rent for Alex's apartment while he payed the food and our other needs.
Breaking News!
Siena manager Guissepe Iachini, departs Siena after a fight with the Chairman Massimo Mezzarona. Rumors are saying that the two got into a fist fight and that the chairman beat the crap out of Iachini. It has been said that Under 18's coach Jeremy Pauker from Bolivia is the most likely choice because of Siena's financial status.
1 day later. Prendi il cazzo fuori di qui merda inutile! (Get the fuck out of here useless crap!) I saw that coach Guissepe Iachini had some bruises so I came inside to talk to the chairman. The chairman sighed and was cursing in italian. I asked him if he was okay and asked me if I could be the manager of Siena. I was still as a statue, but I nodded. He gave me a 1 year contract with 7,250 pounds a week. I signed and shaked hands with me. Serie A, be ready because I'll rock your world!
Great start Pauker. Sign Destro again :D Serie A is pretty tough with the aging giants Inter and A.C and the perennial champions league contenders Napoli and Juve. But I have confidence in your ability. :D
Super Start Pauker like the build up and if this is anything like your other story we are all in for a treat best of luck mate.

Pauker's first press conference as A.C. Siena manager.

J – Journalist
JP - Jeremy Pauker

J- Firstly, what are you going to be doing about the transfers Guiseppe Iachini made in his short time here?

JP- Iachini is a great manager. Although he did sign some players I wouldn't, I will have to build on that, since he depleted this season's budget.

J- What do you think are your targets for this season?

JP- I think this season we have to challenge for the Europa League places or a high table finish. Though, I think we will finish about 9th place.

J- What do you think of the staff setup here?

JP- I really need to meet the staff of this team and see their strengths and weaknesses and my objective is for this team have staff with only strengths.

J- Do you think the squad needs much improvement?

JP- As you know, the club is in debt and I won't be making a lot of signings, only free-agents.

J- What kind of tactics will you be aiming for?

JP- I have three in mind, the 3-5-2, 4-4-2 and the 4-2-3-1.

J- Ok, thank you for your time. Good luck in your career here at Siena.

JP- Thanks.
Great start bro :) I will be following this story for sure. Yeah, sign Destro again ;)

And who is Alex ? :D

Learning about A.C. Siena:
History
Formed in 1904 as Società Studio e Divertimento (Society for Study and Entertainment), a sports club characterized by a black and white check jersey (derived from the city of Siena coat of arms), it opened its football section, named Società Sportiva Robur, in 1908. Today the name "Robur" is widely used by the local supporters to distinguish the football team from the two basket ones, "Mens Sana" and "Virtus".
The team finally became known as Associazione Calcio Siena in 1933/1934. In 1934/1935 Siena were promoted for the first time to Serie B. In the post-war season 1945–46, Siena played in the top division of Italian football for the first time. In that season, a mixed wartime league composed of Serie A and Serie B teams was played. Some of the southern sides that took part in the top division, including Siena, were Serie B teams, while northern Serie B teams played at the second level with the Serie C teams. Therefore, although Siena played in the top division, it was not considered as having played in Serie A during that season, not having qualified for the National Round.
After 55 years spent playing in several minor leagues, Siena were promoted back to Serie B for the start of the 2000/2001 season. After enjoying a good season on 2000/2001, the following season saw Siena in serious trouble, and coach Giuseppe Papadopulo, first sacked but then recalled, was able to save the team on the last day of the season.
The following season, again with Papadopulo as head coach, Siena were promoted to Serie A for the first time proper, led by players such as Rodrigo Taddei and Pinga. It had been 58 years since their last appearance in the top division of Italian football.
In the 2003/2004 campaign, the first Serie A season in the club's history, Siena ended in a respectable 13th place.
In the 2004/05 Serie A campaign, with Luigi De Canio as head coach, Siena struggled for long periods of the season, languishing in the relegation zone for a great part of the campaign, and with the team drawing far too many games and barely recording any wins, they looked almost certain to be relegated. However, a resurgence of form towards of the end of the season gave them hope, and a 2–1 win against already relegated Atalanta on the last day saw them secure safety and an acceptable 14th place in the table.
The 2005/2006 season also saw Siena fighting hard and it successfully kept its place in Serie A. They ended the season in 17th place. For the 2006–2007 season, Mario Beretta, who led Parma in the previous season, was appointed as new head coach. He kept Siena in Serie A after a 2–1 home win against Lazio in the final matchday.
During the 2006–07 season, club chairman Paolo De Luca, who took over in 2001 and helped the club to their first historical Serie A promotion, started talks to sell AC Siena to a conglomerate of Tuscan businessmen led by Giovanni Lombardi Stronati, president of Valle del Giovenco.[2] The bid was finalized on 30 March 2007, one day before De Luca died after a long illness.[3]
The head coach for the 2007–08 campaign was expected to be Andrea Mandorlini, but he left the club by mutual consent on 12 November. Former coach Mario Beretta once again took charge. [1]
The club also explored the possibility of changing its denomination in order to include the name of their main sponsor, Monte dei Paschi di Siena.[4] On 9 July 2007 the club announced it had changed their denomination to A.C. Siena Montepaschi. However, the name change needed to be accepted by the Italian Football Federation in order to become official:[5] After the refusal by FIGC, this idea was abandoned.
The current president of the club is Massimo Mezzaroma, while the vice president is Valentina Mezzaroma. In the 2010/11 Serie Bwin, Siena used the new team logo that was designed by Omar Zu'Mot. On 7 May 2011, A.C. Siena were once again promoted to the Serie A after finishing in the runner-up spot in Serie B.[6]
Lol, Diego Maradona supports the hiring of Jeremy Pauker to Siena and is impressed with his press conference :D
Dean Ashton and Mila Kunis take a trip to italy to wish there friend good luck with his new job

I am bummed after I was given a mere 425,000 pounds to spend and no budget as we owed 50,000 on wages. I moved all the budget to the wage budget and it only decreased about 10k. We won't be signing any players until I clear the wage budget to 0. Plus, my staff sucks and I actually don't have an assistant manager. This season I will focus on staff and funding some money for the team. Three players were transfer listed by the former manager, and if I can sell them for their price, I can make about 4 million pounds, which will be spent on loans. Team Report and my best player below.

Claude Makelele wishes the new Italian giants good luck!

Positions needed to be covered: I need to get this positions covered, but I do need your help guys as I have no money to spare. Maybe recommend me some cheap players for the positions needed to cover? Thanks.

GK: If we are going to challenge for a mid-table finish I need a goalkeeper. First of all Pegolo sucks balls and Manninger has been given a trial and looks to be getting the nod. Though, any suggestions would be great.

LB: Cristiano del Grosso is decent, but he is our current weakness in our defence after our GK. Maybe a loan deal after I am okay with my wage problems? I do need help in this one.

MC: D'Agostino will play as a DM and I need a cheap CM. Maybe Hiljemark who is less than a million will be playing at Siena next season :D!

RM: Reginaldo is sadly one of the ones that has been transfer listed and he is one of the players who will give me more income. I do need a RM and have no ideas. After Sebastian Blanco from Metalist was transfer listed for a merely 2 million pounds, I will bid for him when I sell my players.

Transfer Targets:
Doria
Why: He will be a key player if he joins my team and I need a CB for this years to come. If I do buy him, he would join in January.

Adryan
Why: Cheap and will be a key player like Doria if he joins. He would join in immediately, contrary to Doria.

Had a team meeting and this is what the players said.

Transfer Update:
Loaned out the two following youngsters and co-owned my future star to Roma. The only reason I co-owned this player was because I needed funds. Plus, Adryan joined Coritiba in a season long loan to Coritiba :/. Finally, I have to start the season with -6 points. Complete shit, but it will be a challenge :P
