I'm having trouble with my Man City team as you know there are many player with star ratings. I tried to develop tactics which requires good teamwork, I'm using Aguero as Advance Forward, hoping he could create chances to himself and others. But with lack of teamwork, he just silly selfish jerk and ruined my game plans. Any idea how to overcome this problem?

Try either setting your main focus in training to Teamwork, or teach Aguero to be less selfish?
How could I teach him to be less selfish..? That is mental attribute which is I dun know how to train them....
There's no need to call him a "silly selfish jerk" just cos he doesn't create many chances for you. He actually is very unselfish in real life, so there's no need to insult him.
P.S. I'm not sure you can actually train teamwork in-game. There are only certain mental attributes you can train.
I'm sorry for calling him that.. he's one of my favorite player though.
Still, i've no idea how to increase his teamwork attribute, and watching him rather tried a shot instead of make simple pass, make me miserable.. i set him to try long shot rarely but that's not really help.. i might sell him eventually since i'm not using him in my game plan..
What we need is a team, everyone must do it.
