How can I manage my U23 squad?

I'm managing M'Gladbach in the German Bundesliga. My U23 squad is in the third division and I want to manage them too.

In the previous versions this was no problem because tou just had to thick a box. This box can't be found anywhere in FM13. I fired my U23 manager but still I can't select myself as manger of my U23 squad.

Anyone?

Have you checked in Staff Responsibilities under the Reserves/U23s tab? Stupid question, but still.

It was the first thing I checked that's where the option was in previous versions.
