I have allways loved football, I watch any games that i can and i dont care what league their in. My passion for football will never stop. Now in real life i am at a time where people are deciding what carrer paths they want to take, Doctor, Vet, Lawyer.......
But i have decided what i want to do. My freinds say i wont do it but i will, my girlfreind says i wont but i will, My parents say i wont do it but i will. I have given up almost on a professional playing carrer. So as i lay in bed with my sleeping problem i wonderd where else can i go in football.

MANAGEMENT....
This is my life goal and i will one day be a great manager i know i will but all i need is peoples faith in me which i am not getting. I realise i need a back up plan with me coming towards my GCSES but this is my only goal in life and i know one day i will be known in football. Football is all i care about in life. My mum tells me off for doing nothing but watch football. I love it. I cry if something bad happens but i dont care.

Thankyou for taking the time to read this as i wanted to get this off of my chest. Tomorrow i will post the start of my Crewe Story.

Thankyou.
Nice to see you took my advice. Good luck. Will be tough, but if you play your cards right, you could end up doing very well. Will enjoy seeing how this turns out.
Good luck wellsy, will be following :)
Good choice, will also be following :)
After years of looking for a job I had to find one. I had decent qualifications from school but i still wanted my job. A Football Manger. I saw alot of jobs going so i decided to apply. I was expecting to get rejected from teams from the Blue Square bet leagues but i wasnt. I had a phone call from the Chairman of Crewe Football Club. He said " Hi Matt i am calling to ask you to do an interview here at Crewe". I was astonished, i had an interview.

On the day i looked smart and carried a breifcase of my plans for the football club. As i arrived there was nobody else waiting so i thought they had already been but no. I was the only candidate for the job. I stated that i could take the club far and they gave me a piece of paper and a pen. "Sign here please" Mr Chairman said so i signed and after a firm handshake i had it, my first job.
I arrived at the training facilities at Crewe which were fantastic for their level. The first day i was not going to deal with the players a lot so i sat down with my assistant manager and we talked about the team. We believed attack was the strongest part of the team with starlet Max Clayton and also the talented Letch-Smith. We also decided that we needed 2 new full backs, 2 new midfielders and a Goalkeeper.

Later on i went to see Mr Chairman who welcomed me to the club and gave me a tour round of the facilities and i was amazed. There was a bright future at this club and i was going to be part of it. I then nervously asked him
"Errr.....So... How much do i get for a transfer budget"
Hee turned and smiled "If you believe the price is right we will fund it"
"Oh right", i said.

I later niped into the clubs conference room and i invited all of the staff of the club, Players, Coaches, Cleaners, Cooks...Etc, and i said......
"This football club has the potential to be a great team and i believe it will be. I need all of you onboard this season so we can make this club great" Thankyou.
Pre season went okay and i got to know the lads well and we had a laugh. I was active during the transfer window to help strengthen the squad:

In:
Ben Davies, Swansea, Loan. Ben is a quality player and will be great for the team.

Robbie Thomson, Celtic, 35K. Is my new number 1 at only 19 and will be a key player.

Eddie Nolan, Free. Is a great player and will provide cover and may challenge for a starting spot in the team.

Steven Gregory, Bournmouth, Loan. Will be a good player for cover and will hopefully help the team this season.

Nicholas Bignall, Reading, Loan. Good impact player with alot of pace for getting goals.

Elikem Amenku, Free. Will hopefullt turn out to be a future player for the team.

Andre Wisdom, Liverpool, Loan. A smashing lad and a future star, Will serve us well this season.

Danny Redmond, Wigan, 75K. A young winger who i believe can tear up the league.

Anton Robinson, Huddersfield, Loan. Will provide cover for the season.

Sam Mantom, West Brom, 100k. Straight into my first team will be a future star.

Jamie Devitt, Hull, Loan. Cover for the season may start some games.

Tom Kenedy, Barnsley, 55K. My new starting left back.

Out
Players i did not need and young players that need experience.

I now have a link with West Brom where is can sign players on loan.

COC CUP Draw: Doncaster Awat
The start of the season has been ok for us, we are unbeaten in the league but out of the League Cup and JPT but i am not too bovered about that. Here are my fixtures so far:

COC CUP Doncaster Away Lost 1-0. Lost but it was a good performance from the lads overall.

League 1 Sheffield UTD Away Drew 0-0. A good draw away at a top team in the division.

League 1 MK Dons Home Drew 1-1. Scores: Redmond. Could have won the game but still better than a loss.

League 1 Cholchester Won 1-0. Scorers: Mantom. A good win with a stong performance from the team.

League 1 Bury Away Drew 1-1. Scorers: Mantom. Bury are surprisingly high in the table so it was a okay result. Still unbeaten in the league.

JPT Port Vale Away Lost 2-0. A rubbish performance by the team but i did rest a few players.

Overall we are 11th in the league 2 points off the play offs.

The only problem is that Max Clayton my star player has yet to score this season.
We are going through a rough stage at the time but we are slowly coming out of it. Max Clayton atm couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo.

Next update soon.
We have lost 5 in a row now and non of my strikers are scoring and nothing is going well and we will most likely no be promoted the season
Here is a big update due to me not having alot of time to write i will start putting more detail in aswel. Thankyou.

As i entered Alexandra i knew that we had to win today. We had Brentford at hom in the league. I had decided to drop Max Clayton and start Letch-Smith, it payed off.

We where 3-0 up at half time with Letch-Smith and Nicolas Bignall getting the goals but...
They got a goal back early in the second half,
Then another soon after.

I was sweating all of the game and at the last 20 seconds they counterd and ran the length of the pitch. They then squared the ball, my heart was in my mouth, they hit the ball towards goal.

WHAT A SAVE!!!!!
I thought as thomson parried the ball away
F.T Crewe 3 Brentford 2
York Away FA CUP
We won this game very easy with Letch-Smith gettin twon goals and Redmond getting the other.
F.T 3-1
We have drawn the lowent rank team left in the competition Cirncester.
