My player's cost less than nothing?

I started 3rd Scottish Division with Queen's Park. The weird thing I can't see the value for my players. Moreover when I negotiate new contract with a player I can't set values for weekly payments, contract value and so on. Nothing. Here's a screen. Can someone explain it to me plz?



Is it sometnig to do with my club being not fully profesional?

Firstly, can you take a screenshot in English so we can have a proper look?

Secondly, I reckon it probably is to do with not being professional. Surely not having to pay a weekly wage is a good thing?

It is but for example I can't see when the contract of my players expires because there's no date. Secondly, I can't offer higher bid for a player I would really like to hire, because the only active button is offer contract and that's it. Because of that some nice players go to other clubs.

Can somebody check in ther FM2012 what's the situation in Scottish 3rd Division Queen's Park?
