Clubs that are taken over?

hey, i was just wondering if there were a set few clubs that are taken over on Fm13, like for example on fm12 im pretty sure Valencia were taken over in around 2014 a few times and if so is Napoli on this list or are there any steps to help you get taken over or is it completely random?...

im just wondering because im currently in 2019 with Napoli and are the best team in the world with amazing regens, Neymar etc but De Laurentis (Chairman) is being an arse and will not up date my facilities/give me extra budget etc, i mean ive won the champions league 3 times for gods sake and i get 20-30 mil transfer budget and 'good' facilities and an out of date stadium.

There is no set clubs to be taken over as such. The only thing that determines this is the likelihood of these clubs being taken over, which is relative to the likelihood irl.

just to check, you say you are "the best team in the world" , is that because you have won everything or is that because your teams reputation is the best in the world ? As i understand it, each season your teams rep goes up but only by a small amount. So basically lets say in 2012/13 at the start of the game, Napoli's world rep wont be amazing (im guessing 3.5stars), so then 3 years on i reckon it will be around 4stars or 4.5 stars but for example does teams like Real Madrid and Barcelona and Man Utd have a better star reputation than your napoli team ? Also what is your team value ?
