Whats the best way to produce young talent at a club?

If you want a good regen you need good youth recruitment first really.

How do I go about setting That up?

You either start with a club with good youth recruitment (eg. Sporting Lisbon), or you keep improving it with board requests over time.

You need to make sure that your junior coaching is good and that your youth facilities and youth coaches are of a high standard. It's all well and good having a good youth recruitment network but if you're not giving them quality training they need then they wont improve as much as they could.

excellent academy and worldclass coaches not enough if your players doesnt meet this criterias :
- keep them happy and morale high
- first team exprience (minimun 20 minutes per game)
- keep them fit
