If you mean the team training, there is nothing special. Its based on how we play, what we lack, how we perform.

There is atleast one fitness training in the month, along with ball control. The other two depends on how we're playing.
January's gone! Welcome, my new players

Well, what a month this has been. We have secured four new players, that have joined the squad immediately, and three that will join the squad on a free at the end of the season. First, and the most important transfer was Javier Hernandez. Chicharito has joined us on a 80k/pw, under a match highest earner clause. We had to pay 17.750.000$ dollars to Manchester United, but I say it was worth it. Two goals on debut, four goals in seven matches.

Afterwards, my Head of Youngster Development, has brought to the club a young player, called Alex Serrano, for 1.300.000$ from Sporting. He plays as a striker, and he seems to be promising, atleast thats what the HoY says, along with my coaches. I sent him to Granada B.

After these two, we decided to splash a combined fee of 13.250.000$ on two younger left fullbacks. They are both VERY promising. One of them is Diego Contento, who joined from Bayern for 10.000.000$ and 3.250.000$ on Kevin T-C, from Rennes.

To sum the transfer window up :

Now, lets on to the free transfers. I managed to secure three players, that will assure a bright future to this club. Classic, spanish, and a great keeper, David Ospina, along with the winger Vladimir Weiss, and finally, youngster Martins Indi, "universal defender". All of them are joining at the end of the season, and they do not have exorbitant pays. I'm really looking forward to see them in action.

Liga BBVA and Spanish cup
Oh boy, I can really say we had alot of ups and downs. Our late form has been awful, and we have dropped onto fourth place in the league. Yes, for Granada its FABULOUS, but I still feel bad, knowing that we lost points due to 90th min equalisers. We have been exhausted lately, and I'm dropping the training difficulty abit, since they are obviously too tired. As you can see, Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid are infont of me, which is honestly, no shocks. Barca had a slower start, but they finally caught up.

Spanish cup? We're in the final! But we have to face Real Madrid. We won 7-5 on aggregate against Deportivo, while they defeated Mallorca 3-0. I hope we can get atleast a respectable performance, and who knows? Win it!

I have canceled some of the loans I had at the start of the season, as I felt I don't need the players anymore. That means Ighalo, and-.. a few more players I can't remember. Yeah.
You're doing very well in the league. Hernandez is a great player, I hope he scores many for you :)
Great transfers, and great win over Real!
You are doing an awesome job!keep it up !
