Where are all the answers?

I really support this site as best I can but I can see that it appears to be dying. Why do I say that. Just look at how many requests get read but no answers. When I first came here there were many. Now almost none.
We are supposed to be a community and that feeling has gone. I've posted 4 or 5 requests myself for help and got one answer to one questions only. The others nothing. Interestingly, I had several reads though. A lot of tactical advise but no help with making a members game work by solving a glitch. Come on everyone. If we don't help, we lose members to other sites. Fact.

Appologies for the lack of help. Unfortunately us staff members are very busy at the moment but with in the next few weeks there will be drastic changes. I will try to answer all your questions when I can.

thats not necessarily true @britpol. I am on this website almost every day, and whilst im not a moderator i try to go through most posts and help where i can (as a long time FM player). On average i either post questions or help with answers 2-5 times every day.

In my opinion ive only seen a couple of posts where i cant help and no-one else has responded.

As a community it should be everyone that contributes, not just the site staff.

i personally love this website, and will do all i can to help it grow.

I disagree if I'm honest Britpol. Us staff are really busy, but we try and help people as much as we can on this site. There's lots of members, like Robp, who go through the Q&A section when they come on and try to answer unanswered ones, or offer a different suggestion to solve a problem, or a different insight on an already answered question. This is why I rarely see an unanswered question, and it's great that it's like that.

Now, the site isn't exactly dying as such. Ok, the data loss might have put a lot of members off, but the old ones stuck around, like me and The FM Rookie, among many others, and we are getting new members every day. The community might have taken a big blow that day, but it is growing and growing once again. So you don't need to worry about you favourite Football Manager site

I accept that there have been problems on the site. Hopefully it will get better again. That said, check how many posts have been read, sometimes loads, and how many people answer them. I love this site but I'm not able to give much help. Just a pensioner. But I did do a post to warn that I had huge problems when I installed the 'Scope face pack'. Complete re-install needed but the saved game was corrupted. Confirmed by Sega FM forum. but I will say it's a lovely download.
Thanks guys for all the help you've given but I ws trying to encourage normal members to give answers too. Not you.
