Hi I downloaded the DF11 Megapack 1 (basic pack) and it was working fine. However, when I downloaded the DF11 Megapack 2 (extended pack) and installed it, all the pictures in the games were gone. I did "clear cache" and "re-load skin", but nothing seems to work. The original config.xml file was replaced by the new config.xml file in the Megapack 2. Please let me know. Thank you.
download all megapacks and all the update packs
and then use the config.xml from the latest update
it will work again

My problem is I don´t have such config.xml . I extracted it and see all pics on my notebook but I don´t have this file

Download this update. It contains also a config file that will work for all 51.000 DF11 faces.
Place this config file in the folder that contains the faces.
Or take a look at our new Megapack
