Unable to recall players from loan

Hi,
I can't recall any of my players from loan - either from feeder clubs or others. I set up all loans so I could recall them but the option to do so isn't there. I've been able to in the past so don't know if this is a known bug or if I'm just being dumb and missing something simple.
Help...

If this is in the first season then you won't be able to if they were out on loan before you arrived.

You can only recall during a transfer window, specifically a loan one. There are certain dates when you cant recall or loan out players. This may be why you cant recall.

Experienced the same ,only time you can recall them is during the transfer window periods
