Good luck mate. There was a great story on Cagliari here before and I hope that you can repeat that success (losing the title on goal difference).

Roberto Miali has not changed the backroom staff, in the pre match against their own reserves team he asked his assistant manager to give the talk.

Miali said "i did not want to intervene and took a laid back approach to see how the assistant manager dealt with the situation."
And he also asked him to pick the entire team selection for the match.

The decision proved to be a good one as Cagliari won the match 3-0, Roberto took over at the half time team talk, letting the players know how well they are doing, but unfortunately the talk did not bowed well with some of the players,nevertheless they still went out to dominate the game raising no eye brows.

Cagliari is a team I have tried to build into Serie A champs before but never succeeded. Good luck!

Having won the last match Miali was quick to start making some changes in the line up taking off Radja Nainggolen wanting the team to work like without him as he does not see him as part of the squad.

Two other names have popped up from a few teams one being Ragatzu and Ribeiro but he wasted no time in issuing a hands off warning as they are indispensable to the club.
