Purchased FM2013, But no Email?

How long does this take to come through after purchasing the game on here? Its been over an hour and I have received nothing despite the money being charged to my card. The reason I wanted the download was that I had a weekend off work and fancied getting my teeth into FM2013 for the first time.. And when I saw the advert saying " play today" I assumed it would an easy download and I could start to play..

I joined the forum to post this, and the activation email for that came through immediately..

The activation email could take up to 24 hours to come, but it is usually nowhere near that long.
