challenges-saving team from relegation-problems

Hey guys.
I started with the challenges part in the new FM 13.
I have chosen the German Third League.
The Savior Cometh as the challenge is called has big problems.
First I can't talk to the team after and before a match.
Second I can't organize a team meeting.
No press conferences, no individual talking nothing.
Third I can't give opposition instrcutions, marking, tackling etc.
Fourth I can bring my own staff.
Fifth I can't organize individual trainig!
It's horror.What the hell is this????
You have no control!!!!????
What is it with this challenges?
Is it a bug? I don't think so because I have played till now the normal FM with all improved features including the add with English 9th tier and it worked perfectly.
It's like playing the game back in 2002. Or even worst.
Has anyone tried it so far?
I used it since the new patch update the 13.3. I think
Any advise is welcomed.

I've had all those issues, plus unable to see or sign/hire coaches, physios or scouts... you just get Head Of Roles and thats it. It's annoying as i've continued with the team which i managed to succeed the challenge with but nothing's changed.

The challenges are all done in FM Classic mode. FM Classic is the streamlined version of FM, designed to go quickly, so you don't have to do press conferences, and set training, and organise team meetings. I think it's made pretty clear.

But surely once you've completed the challenge, it gives you the option to continue ? surely the the continuation is not in classic? does it not refer back to full mode?

It continues in classic. The challenge can't change halfway through it's life.
