problems with challenges-saving from relegation

Hey guys.
I started with the challenges part in the new FM 13.
I have chosen the German Third League.
The Savior Cometh as the challenge is called has big problems.
First I can't talk to the team after and before a match.
Second I can't organize a team meeting.
No press conferences, no individual talking nothing.
Third I can't give opposition instructions, marking, tackling etc.
Fourth I can't bring my own staff.
Fifth I can't organize individual trainig!
It's horror.What the hell is this????
You have no control!!!!????
What is it with this challenges?
Is it a bug? I don't think so because I have played till now the normal FM with all improved features including the add with English 9th tier and it worked perfectly.
It's like playing the game back in 2002. Or even worst.
Has anyone tried it so far?
I used it since the new patch update the 13.3. I think
Any advise is welcomed.

Its been streamlined for a quicker experience. A challenge (depending on what one) can take 3 to 4 hours to complete.

So I have no alternative.
This is the only way I can play it if I want this challenge right?
You're right is very quick but this should be improved next season.
It's really no fun. A fiasco.
You don't have any control. As I wrote earlier.
It's quick but I will let it be.
No fun under these circumstances.
Back to real FM 13 with the improved version.

What Matt said, it's been streamlined, so it's basically FMC mode, which needs to be improved for FM14. I can't be doing with it really, it's been poorly executed imo.
