Help to get the best out of Carlos Fierro...

Just signed him for Liverpool in a new save because in my other save I have he is one of the top strikers in the world after a few year. Never signed him personally so wondering if there are any tips to get him to reach his potential quickly or is it just a case of playing the waiting game?

Give him game time when you can, but waiting game is best. Don't loan him out too much either, it will most likely ruin him.
