40 penalties in shootout?

Ive just endured the highest amount of penalties in a shoot-out in all my life. The last handful, I started laughing rather than the nerves of the game, I thought it wouldnt end and it was more like a bug/error.

Has anybody else experienced this before? Ive not had it in both the CM and FM series in all my years.

This is just pure luck mate, I'd hate to have to sit through such a long shoot out lol
