AC Horsens, Rising to the game

So I start my Career in Denmark, as a English/Norwegian ex professional footballer I am unknown in Denmark and the players make that known in the 1st meeting.

I chose Horsens as they Have very little history with no domestic trophy's, however they do have a nice looking stadium

After looking at the squad and the finances I found i was short of players but also short of money making this game even harder, my 1st challenge was to dive into the transfer market and work with as little as possible as well as selling players i feel i could survive without.

So the transfer window has closed and this is now my squads best and most promising players, it is not close to been a title challenging team but im hoping they will grow well and with improvements i can push up the table and get Europe place in 1st season

I had a poor show in Euro Cup qualifiers losing 5-4 on agg to Swedish team Elfsborg

In the league my team has been very inconsistent but that was expected and i am just hoping when I sort my tactics to a settled team it will come together

I am in the Winter break of the season, my season fell apart 5 games before the mid season break so im sat in 9th place at the minute, I am hoping my players gel over winter and my new signings help me push into the top 3

Here is my squad list, as you can see no players are stepping up yet but I again am hoping in the 2nd half of the season they can improve and realize we can get a top 3 or 4 place

Well I now have 4 games to go of my season, as you can see from the fixtures my results since the winter break have been a little better with only a couple of poor games, I am pushing for that 4th place to secure European football for next season, here is the fixtures and the league table which as you can see the title holders are very close to been relegated which does not happen much in any league

My board are happy with my performance but are disappointed I am not doing well in their goals that they set me, but i disagree with the top 1 of them wanting me to play defensive football

the 2nd goal i have tried training my players in free kicks a lot but nothing seems to work

this striker has preformed amazing in 2nd half of season and i think next season could be a leading player in the league
