Dear Town Fans,

So here is my end of September review, myself and the players were quite upset about last month's report in the local paper many of the players hadn't played with each other before and hadn't quite hit their rhythm, But on a positive note it did provoke a response from the players. We played 5 games and only lost once, at one stage we were third in the league, we have dropped back to 13th but we do have 2 games in hand over majority of the league. This also included an excellent win over Paulton Rovers away to whom we had already lost to on the very first day of the season.

Here are the results for September,

Saturday 1st September 2012 - Kick Off: 15:00
Cinderford Town 4 vs 2 Evesham United
The Evo-Stik League Southern - Division One South & West Attendance:89

Tuesday 4th September 2012 - Kick Off: 19:45
Winchester City 0 vs 3 Cinderford Town
The Evo-Stik League Southern - Division One South & West Attendance:182

Saturday 8th September 2012 - Kick Off: 15:00
Sholing AFC 1 vs 1 Cinderford Town
The Evo-Stik League Southern - Division One South & West Attendance:99

Saturday 15th September 2012 - Kick Off: 15:00
Cinderford Town 0 vs 1 Cirencester Town
The Evo-Stik League Southern - Division One South & West Attendance:105

Saturday 29th September 2012 - Kick Off: 15:00
Paulton Rovers 1 vs 4 Cinderford Town
The Evo-Stik Southern Cup Attendance:150

As you can see the players really showed the press what for and produced some excellent results

I have also signed 7 players on free transfers

Andrew Jenkins (ST)

Harun Bhatti (DR)

Sam Smith (AMR/C, ST)

Ryan Finnegan (GK)

CINDERFORD MAINTAIN FABULOUS FORM

Unbeaten in 8 games Town rise up the league.

Paul Davies has managed to help Cinderford find the Midas Touch even with star striker Lewis Sommers twisting his ankle severely and being out for 8 weeks, With this, youngster Charlie Buse steeped up to the plate and filled in superbly for the injured star. As well as Sterling performances from Grenadian Danny Facey who is now the top Goal Scorer in the league.

Cinderford's unbeaten run through-out October consisted of the following matches.

Wednesday 3rd October 2012 - Kick Off: 19:45
Cinderford Town 2 vs 0 Yate Town
The Evo-Stik League Southern - Division One South & West Attendance:182

Saturday 6th October 2012 - Kick Off: 15:00
Didcot Town 2 vs 3 Cinderford Town
The Evo-Stik League Southern - Division One South & West Attendance:154

Wednesday 10th October 2012 - Kick Off: 19:45
Taunton Town 0 vs 1 Cinderford Town
The Evo-Stik League Southern - Division One South & West Attendance:115

Saturday 13th October 2012 - Kick Off: 15:00
Abingdon United 0 vs 0 Cinderford Town
The Evo-Stik League Southern - Division One South & West Attendance:79

Wednesday 17th October 2012 - Kick Off: 19:45
Cinderford Town 3 vs 1 Bridgwater Town
The Evo-Stik League Southern - Division One South & West Attendance:84

Saturday 20th October 2012 - Kick Off: 15:00
Cinderford Town 3 vs 1 North Leigh
The Evo-Stik League Southern - Division One South & West Attendance:93

Saturday 27th October 2012 - Kick Off: 15:00
Tiverton Town 1 vs 1 Cinderford Town
The Evo-Stik League Southern - Division One South & West Attendance:212

Cinderford Town now hold 2nd position in t league 3 points behind front-runners Bishop Cleeve no-one expected Town to rise so highly so quickly with many expecting a mid-table position.

.
Alot of 3-1s there, nice.
Midas touch lol. If you continue this form, you will be up in no time. What I try to always get straight is not conceding. That gives a lot of morale to your players.
