How to solve error situations during the gameplay

So I was trying to aqcuire a player and i made an offer which was accepted by the other team. But then, when I was going to propose a contract, the game shows me the page which we see when e try to propose a contract and the offer is not yet accepted. This is a topic which requires immmediate reply, so I can´t continue playing without making a contract offer, but I can´t make a contract offer becouse the offer is not yet recognized as accepted. How do I solve this?

Try holidaying one day and then making another offer.
