haar is literally the best player i've seen in a game of football manager. getting top scouts is so important for getting good regens.

your right that haar guy is absolutely amazing! ive had a regen who was almost as good as him but was a central midfielder(dm or am both accomplished)called carlos otero

What CA and PA has he got?

i don't know, i couldn't get FM scout to work on that save game because it's from before any updates.
