Barcelona would be a good team to see. Although they're a top side with money, it would be good to see some of the younger players coming through. Montoya, dos Santos, Femenia, Deulofeu, Tello. Just a few players I can think of you could make the team is used properly.
If not, I would say a team with little success could be good. Don't take this in any particular way, and feel free to do it, but just a suggestion, I have seen quite a few Arsenal stories die a death, they seem quite hard. If you want a challenge Arsenal could be good, but could be hard at the same time.
