Italian "Primavera"

I downloaded a patch unlocking Italian level 6 and I started to play with a team in the sixth division
after some years (in the game) I'm playing the Serie B championship (that's the second level), but my "Primavera" squad (the under 19 one) could not take part in "Primavera" tournament... do you know if I could register it in some ways?? thanks

When the before the season starts the game asks you if you want to register your U19 squad to the U19 league. I'm pretty sure it's the database you downloaded that is causing the problem. (maybe they messed up with the U19 leagues)
