I lol when i see threads like this. Do you seriously expect a decent reply from such a broad question? Help with what? Tactics? Finances? Come on man put a bit of effort in and you might get a serious reply.

I will however this once give you this piece of advice: You will need to make your tactics to suite your current group of players, at least for the first few seasons. Use your assistant and see what positions are best of each player. I've never managed Villa so i cant say exactly what will work.

So you will need to use this formation until you bring in enough players to suite your personal play style (although no offense but judging from your question i doubt you have one)
