Genie Scout works and then doesn't

i was in the middle of the game it got to 13 march so i wanted to scout some English regens but it came up with that era so i ran it under administrator rights but it didn't work so i uninstalled and then reinstalled didnt work then i left in for about 10 minutes and the it worked now its stopped again havent done any updates what should i do and im using fm version 13.2.3 354439 and have the latest version of fm genie scout

Moved to FM 13 Genie Scout section. I think you may be using an older version of Genie Scout, which is incompatible with the version of FM you're using.

What Blue said, just download the new version and it should be solved.
