Using "FUTURE_REGEN" to create a regen

Hi

I created an .edt file containing the following command:
"FUTURE_REGEN" "Russell" "" "Bell" "09-05-1994" "South African" "AZ Alkmaar"

When does my regen appear in the game?
I'm in my 3rd season in this save and my regen hasn't appeared as yet.

Could there be a chance you've made the file wrong?

I think the file is right.
