Im Crewe Alexandra and had a great start to the season.
Got to November when it all went wrong. 3-0 & 4-0 and drawing/losing. Struggling to score goals and generally cannot buy a win.
Here is my squad. Any help would be great.

Not familiar with many players from your squad but;
What budget do you have to work with? Might be an idea to lean your budget more on the wages so you can loan a maximum amount of players. If these players enjoy a season at your club and you've played them enough, they'll make you a favourite club & if transfer listed, will be more obliged to join you.
Take a look at Manchester United and Chelsea for their reserve players. When I play League One & Championship clubs, I tend to grab a couple of players for a loan or buy the players who are good enough to but wont break into the first team.
Make sure your players are playing in the right positions and exploit their preferred moves & tactical roles.. I feel your pain because when you're playing as these lower league teams the competition is rife, but even if you find it hard, dont give up.
.. And ask the board for a feeder club for a helping hand.

I adjusted budget towards wages for loan players. Got maximum players for under the age of 23 already.
Got a parent club in Chelsea but received no players. Put players into right tactical roles and playing a little better because of it.
