Zander DIamond, Mulgrew. both play for aberdeen you should get them quite so cheap as well. good young players. mulgrew is fantastic as CM or LM.

Papadopolus CB. Fletcher (Hibs) ST. Definatly agree with Mulgrew, he's fantastic, big mistake for Celts to let him go. Bradley (Gladbach) CM. Scott Brown (Celtic), RM/CM. Gary Glen (Hearts) ST. Carrico (Sporting CP) CB. Turner (Hull) CB. Crosas (Celtic) CM.

Would suggest Bradley to the Liverpool guy mentioned above.

If possible, try for Damien Le Tallec as your striker, should only cost 3-4 mil MAX! Very good player, another one to look at would be Marco Perez, also very cheap and has a good eye for goal!! CB? have a look at Leo from Gremio, just bought him for my promotion to the Championship, looking like a good buy, only thing was that he costs a fair bit, 5+ million was what my scout reckoned. Also from Gremio is Gerson, but he won't come until 2011 as he's 16 when the game starts. Sebastian Giovinco from Juve is a LM and CM that I got for 3.1 million, excellent player, my Assistant said I should sign at all costs! Another CB I have is Patricio Araujo, a good & solid CB, never lets me down.
