Poll: Poll: Who To Be?

I've got these teams as contenders for stories, and below the reasons for why i have chosen them-

West Brom- Turn them from yo-yo team to European Contenders.
Nottingham Forest- Take them back into Europe.
Celta Vigo- Take them up the table to contend with Barcelona and Madrid.
Roma- Win their first Serie A title since 2001.

CELTA VIGO! I have seen a few Forest stories but no Celta stories.
