Struggling with difficulty

I find FM 13 normal version too hard and i just end up raging at the game and don't enjoy it but on the other hand i find fm classic too easy and i just get bored after one or two games into the season. Does anyone have any suggestions in a way that i can make classic harder or normal easier. because all i can think of is going back to FM 2012 but i would prefer to keep playing on the most recent fm game.

Weather you find it too easy or too hard it's all about you enjoying it, so I suggest for the Normal FM13 go with a big club, so you get the feel of it and winning etc, then go with the club of your choice (assuming they're not a big team). With FM Classic start in the Blue Square and work your way up, I guarantee that won't be too easy, but if you don't enjoy it go back to FM12, nobody cares what you play on, everyone just wants everyone to be happy playing it.

Football Manager is all about the details in football. A game such as FIFA, or PES would be used to be easier, but enjoyable. Football Manager needs good tactics, and specific requirements from you. Experiment with tactics, find a good one, and it will be easy. Football Manager is a skill really, getting the right things is vital.

I do think that there could be two choices of difficulty,but no more than that,and there should not be too much of a diifculty gap between them or you will find it too easy.
