FMEL Question

I have been using FMEL for a little while, mainly tweaking other teams finances to make it a bit harder to compete, anyway, I also see that you can change the CA/PA.
1) If you change the CA does it actually change in the game?

2) If it does change, how are the stats distributed or removed??

The in-game stats do change. I don't know which stats will be changed and how much though.

It would be interesting to know how the stats are distributed if anyone knows??

The ratios are decided by the player's positional key attributes. They will get the most of the points, in order of importance. The other attributes will be scaled up/down, depending on what they are already.

Changed a couple of players up and down by +/- 100 or so and it made no difference to their stats??
The coaches are now disgusted with the ones that I lowered and over the moon about the ones I upped but the stats havent changed??
Is there an explanation? do they change over time or at the end of the season??

No, it takes place immediately. That's why it's called Editor Live.

so have the other teams become more competitive ?

I think the attributes haven't changed because of the way the game works. PA and CA change at all times, but the attributes change to match the CA at set intervals (not sure how often it is, at the very least at the start of each month).

You won't see the attributes change until then. The coaches and scouts make their judgements based on CA not attributes, which is why their judgements seem wrong. Just wait a little while and you should see it all make sense!
