Right guys,I'm really sorry, this IS NOT a story but I need help, and I thought more people would notice the post if I did it here. here is my problem, everytime i choose a team on FM it ALWAYS says I have £0 transfer money, even if I choose someone like Man City. if you could help me, that would be amazing and I will be REALLY GRATEFUL.

I think you may have unticked the box 'allow first window transfer budgets'. This is only there as some people don't want to have spending in the first window as there has already been real-life spending.
