Reinstalling of OS

Malheureusement mon ordinateur à eu des problème et j'ai donc du le réinitialiser. Depuis ma clé GS ne fonctionne plus. Cela viendrait-il du fait que j'ai un nouvel ID ? Que dois-je faire exactement ?

I too have recently re-installed my OS. As such I don't have the key file, or the g-edition of genie scout. I've messaged Eugene via the site on 13th April 2013, but as of yet have not received any response as to how to go about resolving this. If there is another way in which to contact Eugene I would be grateful if someone could message me as to how to do so, or if they are in contact with him, then maybe just give him a bit of a heads up to head on over here and take a peek

Understandably he is busy and getting spare time to check the site and messages is a bit of a luxury =)

Same crap here.

Reinstalling an OS can quite commonly happen with a PC user and if everytime I have to do this, I'll wait for 33 years for Eugenalley comet to pass by, I'd like my donation refunded.

If you present a product, you keep it tidy. 1st rule since commerce became a part of the humanity's life.

I'm very sure that Eugene is trying his best to help his customers. For all we know, he could be on a personal holiday so may not be able to re-distribute the "G" file keys. All we can do is remain patient and allow him to handle it when he can.
