League Rankings how do they work?!

Started the game as Steaua Bucharest , and won in the first season the EURO Cup
but The Romanian First League dropped 25 points .. is that normal !?
Only Champions League matters !? Or EURO Cup is that weak !?
I will compete in ECC next year with the aim to make it into teh groups .. jsut wondering why i dropped so much even if i won EC ..

I'd guess that the strength of all the other teams matters too. Even though your team did exceptionally well, the other teams might have done really badly and brought the rating down overall. No idea if that's how it really works though!

For example, you could only have one team that's done well in European competition this year, and that would be you. It's like what might be happening to the Premier League soon, there's talk of one of the Champions League spots being taken away from England because English teams performed so poorly this year. This could be what's happening to you.
