Hey guys i'm managing a la liga team and i bought luka modric, after buying him i found out that croatia is a non-EU country. Does anyone know when croatia becomes an EU country?
I believe it's in the second or third season you'll get a message that they became an EU member. Can't tell you an exact date because I'm a long careeer manager.
