Bundesliga dilemma

I am into 2017 with a Dortmund save, and don't have my BVB II team playing in a league competition.

I have gone to add leagues in, but it does not come up for them still.

Any way to get them playing in a league?

At the start of every season your assistant will ask you if you want to participate in the reserves leagues and u19 leagues, I assume you must have declined the invitation so just wait until next season and this problem should be resolved
