Best lower-league download

Hi Everyone again,

I've been trying to install a download for level 9 leagues. It's this one below

I've been trying to get it to work but can't. Instructions look easy until I try to do them. Does anyone know an easier one to install?

I know I'm not computer savvy so something easy please.

Hi, i used that one in a save i was toying with and it worked fine, make sure you follow the instructions step by step for the correct OS you are running and you'll have no problems. The main thing is putting it in the right place and then ensuring you activate the add on for your database.
