Maybe -10 is to much for player PA, they all become superstars. I would go for a -7 PA but I'm afraid that non of us turn in stars, only very good players.
So a -8 PA could be good, accenting the difficulty for each version can be an idea too.
For -8, your PA doesn't go very high... -9 hits 175 or something... -8's top is around 140... that would mean NO ONE becomes anything important really

Dear Diary
Another season has come and gone and I for some reason find myself happy at Ipswich. I get confused by this. I'm an amazing keeper and I am stuck with a crap team. Why have I not had a transfer arranged? My contract is until 2018 I dont know why I ever signed for Ipswich. At least I am playing for my country!
