Where is the data editor? It doesn't show in the Sports Interactive folder in my program files, and it isn't in the folder in my documents either?

Yes you can use it, it took some finding though:
Computer > Local Disc > Program Files > Steam > Steam Apps > Common > Football Manager 2009 > Tools > Data Editor
The data editor logo should be on there mate!
