Genie Scout 13g Showing Weird and Random Characters

Hi. I'm using the latest version of GS13g and using the latest database in FM2013.
I'm running on Windows 8 and I have tried to run it in compatability mode and as administrator unsuccessfully.
When I open it, I get some kind of an error (I guess) which looks like this:


And the main problem as you see is the players names:

Solved, Eugene sent me the key file that is needed and now it works fine.
