Fm 2013 genie scout about sale value

Guys, when i open genie scout -of course same the time click load game- players sale values is wrong. Such as Can, Emre. He is one of wonderkids but i couldn't take him to my team. Not just him. All of players sale value worng. When i pay them for take him to my team (as sale volue), they wont accept my money. If there any problem about genie scout or me please guys help me. TY for read.

I'd say I agree with this, with any young player. For example, a regen can be valued at about 20K. Genie Scout reckons that the sale value is 30K or so, but after scouting, the report comes back saying they won't accept less than a million. And after bidding, this turns out to be true

It is a known fact that non of the scout tools for fm 13 have a working sale value. Yes it's annoying, but it can't be fixed, Eugene has tried very hard to got it fixed or working, but without succes.
So for the sale value it can't be used this year, and SI is to blame for that
