Pochetinno Sacked - Legend Hired
After a very short spell at the Southampton, the Saints board have sacked Mauricio Pochetinno in favour of a club legend. Mathew Le Tissier is the man to take the Southampton Hot-seat. Le Tissier was a brilliant performer in his 16 years with the club making 443 appearances including 161 goals. The fans are said to be ecstatic with the appointment and can't wait for him to succeed.
The Challenge
As Southampton is known for its amazing youth set-up and has had quality players come through the ranks such as Gareth Bale, the challenge will be wholly youth related.No signings above the age of 17 will be allowed.
No players above the age of 30 will be played and have to be transfer listed or released.
A minimum of 5 youth players should be in the first team squad at all times.
