FM SCOUT 13 PROBLEM

HELLO!!!
I AM NEW IN THE WOLRD OF FOOTBALL MANAGER....

PLS HELP ME!!!

I HAVE DOWNLOADED FM GENIE SCOUT V 1.0 13.3.3
AND I HAVE ALSO FM 2013 V 13.3.3 359262 (m.v 1339)

THE SCOUT IS STARTING AND UNTIL THERE EVERYTHING IS OK...
WHEN I PRESS LOAD LAST GAME AND COMING LOADING OF "CONVERTING PEOPLE INDEXES"
THEN THE SCOUT IS STUCKED.. "NOT RESPONDING"

WHAT CAN I DO??

Secondly, what else are you doing then the program becomes none responsive?

i'm not doing nothing...
when it load "CONVERTING PEOPLE INDEXES" it becomes none responsive...
and after i need to close that..
i was waiting 15 minutes but nothing...

can you see this?

If still having this problem i'd try uninstalling FM Scout then reinstalling. This has worked for me with this problem in the past.
