Basically this challenge is like the San Marino Challenge but with any nation. So you basically pick a nation and then a team in that nation to manage.
There will be numerous challenge within this challenge but the main goal is use youth players from your own academy at your club team then get them good enough to help lead your nation to the worlds best.
